1.5 tons is *dry* that is probably 1.5 tons for each of the 2 batches to fill the fermenter…

I put a promash .rec file together..

In order to do this properly, you will need temperature control for a refrigerator or freezer to hold a cool fermentation temperature and make the temperature adjustments for diacetyl rest, lagering, and conditioning.
